Our team is helping build a stronger and more connected LGBTQ+ community across Northern New Mexico through advocacy, community programming, wellness services, youth development, workforce development, and opportunities for connection and belonging.

Why Work at HRA?

HRA is an evolving organization with an entrepreneurial spirit. What began as a volunteer-led organization has grown into a year-round community organization operating the PRIDE Center, producing Santa Fe Pride, expanding wellness and community services, developing Project THRIVE for LGBTQ+ youth, and creating new workforce and economic opportunities through OUTbound Academy and OUTbound New Mexico.

In 2026, HRA received the Santa Fe Community Foundation’s Piñon Award for Courageous Innovation, recognizing our commitment to developing bold new approaches to persistent challenges facing LGBTQ+ communities in Northern New Mexico.

Who We’re Looking For

We welcome people who bring different experiences, backgrounds, perspectives, and skills to our work.

Depending on the position, we may seek experience in areas such as:

• Community engagement and outreach
• Youth development and mentoring

• Outdoor recreation and guiding
• Arts and cultural programming

• Development and fundraising
• Nonprofit administration and operations
