Janet Farnsworth, body empowerment coach and shame buster, helps women become best friends with their bodies. Two time best selling author of “Love Your Body” & “Your Body is Your Superpower”, Janet is the founder of Ready for Intimacy, a movement-based, spiritual coaching and counseling program to help women feel comfortable and confident in their bodies.
After thirty years supporting hundreds of women heal body trauma – including sexual assault, addiction, disability prejudice, and eating disorders, Janet found her soul purpose helping women not just to connect to their bodies, but also how to celebrate their bodies as their most powerful asset.
Janet currently lives on Maui in Hawaii, where she is happily letting go of her own old stories about the size of her thighs, and instead, alternates between luxuriating in gloriously fulfilling connection with her beloveds, and nature hikes when on her own.
