PRIDE30 | 2023

Thank you to everyone who made PRIDE30 such an amazing event!

What a month it has been for The Human Rights Alliance and Santa Fe. I am so happy to report that PRIDE30 2023 will go down as the largest PRIDE celebration in Santa Fe’s history. Our PRIDE festival extended beyond the perimeters of the Plaza this year reaching down Lincoln Ave toward Marcy St. where we added a second stage for local performers and also continuing down Palace Ave to Sheridan St. Through some special reporting tools, we have determined that there were approximately 9200 people who came downtown and celebrated with us – way beyond any of our expectations! One of our commitments is that PRIDE Santa Fe will ALWAYS be a free event for the community!

None of this would have been possible without the assistance of our volunteers and PRIDE Committee; on behalf of the HRA Board we thank you for turning up, being present and supporting the community.

A special thank you goes out to all of the sponsors for PRIDE who contributed financially to allow us to put together and pull off this incredible celebration. We are filled with gratitude and appreciation of your support for the community.

As we move forward, HRA is committed to supporting the LGBTQIA+, Black, Brown, indigenous, Asian et al. communities in Santa Fe and Santa Fe County.

We will continue to advocate for our community, offer more outreach programming and work closely to develop and nurture relationships with not only the community but also our governmental officials in Santa Fe, Santa Fe County, and the State of New Mexico to keep our state the safest and most accepting of all the states in our country for the LGBTQIA+ community.
