NEW PROGRAM — COMING SOON
Project THRIVE
Grow. Connect. Heal. Lead
Project THRIVE is Human Rights Alliance's year-long program supporting the well-being, belonging, confidence, and leadership of LGBTQ+ youth throughout Northern New Mexico.
Rather than waiting until a young person reaches crisis, Project THRIVE invests in the experiences and relationships that help young people thrive. The program brings together five interconnected pathways: Mental Wellness, Healing Arts & Creative Expression, Healing in Nature, Belonging & Community, and Leadership & Empowerment.

More Than a Youth Program
Approximately 20 LGBTQ+ youth, ages 14 to 18, participate in an intensive year-long cohort, building trusted relationships while exploring creativity, nature, wellness, community, and leadership.
Participation is free, with transportation, meals, supplies, outdoor equipment, and other supports provided to help remove barriers.
From Participant to Leader
Project THRIVE doesn't have to end after one year. Participants can return as peer mentors and youth leaders, helping welcome, encourage, and support the next group of young people.
Participant → Creator → Contributor → Peer Mentor → Youth Leader
Our goal is simple: young people who once came looking for community can become the people who help create it.
