As the year continues to move quickly and we are checking off the March days on our calendars, we should reflect on what we know our values to be for the LGBTQIA+ and Human communities and how we want those values reflected in our community and especially among those elected officials who represent us. We are planning a special memorial celebration on Sunday, March 17, 2024 (yes, St. Patrick’s Day) to honor the second anniversary of Shontez (TAZ) Denise Morris’s passing. Please join us at Cowgirl BBQ from 4 to 6 p.m. to smile, cry, reflect, and honor her spirit!
We are also working on a vigil to honor Nex Benedict on Friday, March 22. More information will be shared soon.
