Tri-M Productions Presents “Kinky Boots”!

Tri-M Productions of Santa Fe will present the Tony-Award-winning musical, “Kinky Boots” this coming June 15–25, 2023. The music and lyrics are by Cyndi Lauper and the book is by Harvey Fierstein.
Mostly inspired by true events, the musical tells the story of Charlie Price. Having inherited a shoe factory from his father, Charlie forms an unlikely partnership with cabaret performer and drag queen Lola to produce a line of high-heeled boots and save the business. In the process, Charlie and Lola discover that they are not so different after all.
Winner of the Tony for Best Musical in 2013, this is a wonderful show. It has been described as a “warm, likable, brassy, sentimental, big-hearted” production. Tickets are reserved seating, $40 and $30; half-price coupons available for students/youths.
